Return (Refund) Policy

seoulive is committed to providing the highest quality K-beauty products and ensures that all items are shipped in perfect condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request a return (refund) within 30 days of receiving your package. In such cases, seoulive will cover all return shipping costs and any additional fees.

Change of Mind (Dubai Return Center):

  • Unlike other global services, we allow returns for a change of mind, provided the product remains unopened and unused.
  • However, for change-of-mind returns, the round-trip shipping costs (original shipping fee + return pick-up fee) will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process: 

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take approximately 2 to 15 business days.

Return (Refund) Procedure

To initiate a return, please submit a 1:1 Inquiry to the seoulive Customer Service Center with the following details:

Order Number

Photos of the product: Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Shipping Label:

Once your inquiry is submitted, our team will review the details and provide instructions for returning the item to our Dubai Logistics Center.

Non-Eligibility for Returns (Refunds)

Please note that returns (refunds) will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the item was not purchased from seoulive.shop.
  • If the package was returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable).
  • If the product has been opened or the original seal has been broken. (For hygiene reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned once the packaging is opened).
  • If the return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
  • If the product was intentionally damaged or shows signs of use.
  • If the return is requested simply to change the color or product option after the order has been processed.

seoulive does not offer direct exchange services at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order. Actual product colors may vary slightly depending on your device settings and individual skin tones.
