Serum Discovery Kit

To initiate a return, please submit a 1:1 Inquiry to the seoulive Customer Service Center with the following details:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product: Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Shipping Label: If you received the wrong item, please include a photo of the shipping label attached to the package.
• Once your inquiry is submitted, our team will review the details and provide instructions for returning the item to our Dubai Logistics Center.
• Non-Eligibility for Returns (Refunds)
  Please note that returns (refunds) will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
• If the item was not purchased from seoulive.shop.
• If the package was returned due to customer-related reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable).
• If the product has been opened or the original seal has been broken. (For hygiene reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned once the packaging is opened).
• If the return request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.
• If the product was intentionally damaged or shows signs of use.
• If the return is requested simply to change the color or product option after the order has been processed.
